Cuidado com a empresa Parts Train

I'd like to say I never worked with a company that adopted a policy of silence means failure to return a purchase, especially after the claim of non-arrival of the product. The answer is: the problem is the company that sent or is the problem of mail from your country! Please for me is that even a coup. I could not imagine who would be dealing with this category of company in the U.S., where you buy, but not receive. Well I'll be sending this email to Chamber of Commerce Exteriro of my country and will be reporting the facts in my blog "malucos por audi". I sincerely hope that you will be punished. It is not the amount involved, but by moral principles and ethics, where those who purchase has the right to receive what they bought. I very much regret having to report these facts of your company to higher courts and even more to register this fact.
